The invention discloses a double-edge trigger circuit for OBC charging wake-up, which comprises a wake-up switch circuit connected with a to-be-wake-up circuit, and is characterized in that the wake-up switch circuit outputs a wake-up trigger signal to wake up the to-be-wake-up circuit when working; the trigger circuit is connected with the wake-up switch circuit and used for controlling the wake-up switch circuit to send the wake-up trigger signal, and the trigger circuit can control the wake-up switch circuit to output the wake-up trigger signal when an accessed CP signal is located at a rising edge or a falling edge. Compared with the prior art, the device has a rising and falling double-edge triggering characteristic, and can meet the functions of gun insertion awakening, gun pulling awakening and charging appointment when the OBC is charged. The circuit is simple, is low in cost, does not need an MCU controller for awakening, is high in reliability, and is low in quiescent current in a sleep mode.
