The invention discloses a pure electric shunting locomotive based on super capacitor energy storage, which comprises a shunting locomotive body and a pantograph, the shunting locomotive body is provided with a super capacitor energy storage system, and the super capacitor energy storage system comprises a super capacitor cabinet, a super capacitor management system, a charging contactor, an output contactor and a fuse; the super capacitor management system receives a charging instruction and a discharging instruction sent by the shunting locomotive main control unit, and the charging instruction is used for controlling the charging contactor to be connected or disconnected, so that the pantograph is connected or disconnected with the super capacitor cabinet; the discharge instruction is used for controlling connection and disconnection of the output contactor, so that the super-capacitor cabinet supplies power to the outside, and the fuse is used for performing overcurrent protection when the current output by the super-capacitor cabinet to the shunting locomotive exceeds a preset current value; and the super capacitor cabinet is used for providing required energy for the shunting locomotive. The super-capacitor energy storage system is adopted to provide energy for the shunting locomotive, and the problem of serious exhaust emission of an internal combustion engine is solved.

    本发明公开了一种基于超级电容储能的纯电动调车机车,其包括调车机车本体和受电弓,调车机车本体设有超级电容储能系统,超级电容储能系统包括超级电容柜、超级电容管理系统、充电接触器、输出接触器和熔断器;超级电容管理系统接收调车机车主控单元发出的充电指令和放电指令,充电指令用于控制充电接触器接通或断开,使受电弓与超级电容柜连接或断开;放电指令用于控制输出接触器接通和断开,使超级电容柜对外供电,熔断器用于超级电容柜输出给调车机车的电流超过预设电流值时进行过流保护;超级电容柜用于为调车机车提供所需能量。本发明采用超级电容储能系统为调车机车提供能量,减少内燃机存在的废气排放严重问题。
