The invention discloses a traction connecting mechanism of building machinery, and belongs to the field of building machinery. A traction connecting mechanism of building machinery comprises a connecting piece, a traction piece and a pin, and further comprises a buffering piece arranged on the periphery of the pin in a sleeving mode. The buffer piece is provided with an elastic film wrapped with fluid; after the pin is forced by external force to press the elastic film, the elastic film generates elastic deformation; the elastic deformation comprises expansion deformation in the radial direction of the pin; the elastic film part which expands and deforms along the radial direction of the pin abuts against the periphery of the pin; the resultant force direction of the supporting force is opposite to the external force direction; when shearing force is applied to the pin by the connecting piece and the traction piece, the elastic film deforms to form rigid support, the stress area of the pin is increased, and the pin is prevented from being bent.
