Information is uploaded to the cloud service platform in real time through a roadbed sensor, a road video, a vehicle sensor and intelligent equipment and an intelligent mobile phone worn by a person; the cloud service platform screens and extracts the collected information, and then performs feature recognition on the extracted information; inputting the information into the trained double-hidden-layer neural network accident discrimination model for accident discrimination; accidents can be actively judged and reported to the maximum extent, the accident rescue problem is effectively relieved, the utilization efficiency of road side sensors and vehicle sensors is improved, and manpower and material resources are saved; and meanwhile, the establishment of the database stores complete first-hand evidence data in the accident occurrence process, and real field data and evidence are provided for subsequent accident identification and investigation.
本发明提供了一种云端环境下基于感知传感器的事故报告、储存方法。通过路基传感器、道路视频、车辆自身传感器以及人员穿戴的智能设备、智能手机实时向云端服务平台上传信息;云端服务平台将采集到的的信息进行筛选提取,然后对提取出来的信息进行特征识别;将信息输入训练好的双隐层神经网络事故判别模型进行事故判别;本发明可以最大限度主动判断及上报事故,有效缓解事故救援问题,提高路侧以及车辆自身传感器的利用效率,节约了人力物力资源;同时数据库的建立保存了完整的事故发生过程中的一手证据资料,为后续事故鉴定调查提供真实的现场资料和证据。
