The invention discloses an urban road traffic redundant carbon emission index acquisition system, and relates to the technical field of carbon emission. The system comprises a smooth road section vehicle monitoring module, a congested road section vehicle monitoring module, a weather change detection module, a data uploading module, a data integration module, a data processing module, a simulation detection module and a data calculation module. The smooth road section vehicle monitoring module comprises a first video recording unit, a first distance detection unit and a first time recording unit; and the first video recording unit is used for carrying out real-time video recording on the vehicles on the unobstructed road section. Through a series of settings of the system, the system can calculate the average value of vehicle redundant carbon emissions in a smooth road section and a congested road section, so that the calculated numerical value can be fit with real data, the accuracy of the data is improved, the collection difficulty of urban road traffic carbon emissions is reduced, and the collection efficiency is improved. And the relation between carbon emissions under different traffic conditions is reflected.

    本发明公开了一种城市道路交通多余碳排放指数获取系统,涉及碳排放技术领域。本发明包括:通畅路段车辆监视模块,拥堵路段车辆监视模块,天气变化检测模块,数据上传模块,数据综合模块,数据处理模块,模拟检测模块,数据计算模块;通畅路段车辆监视模块包括第一录像单元、第一距离检测单元以及第一时间记录单元;第一录像单元,对通畅路段的车辆进行实时的录像。本发明通过本系统的一系列设置,使得本系统能够计算出通畅路段与拥堵路段时车辆多余碳排放的平均值,使得计算出的数值能够与真实数据相贴合,提高了数据的准确性,降低了城市道路交通碳排放的采集难度,体现了不同交通情况下碳排放之间的联系。
