The invention discloses a lead electrolysis workshop and a lead electrolysis method.The lead electrolysis workshop comprises a first span workshop and a second span workshop which are arranged in parallel in the front-back direction, and the first span workshop is arranged close to the front side of the second span workshop; the first span plant and the second span plant are sequentially divided into a refined lead casting area, an electrolysis area and a crude lead impurity removal area from left to right in the left-right direction; the electrolytic tank is arranged in the electrolysis area and stretches across the first span plant and the second span plant in the front-back direction; a cathode lead casting system is arranged in the refined lead casting area and located in the first span plant and/or the second span plant. An anode casting system and an impurity removal system are arranged in the lead bullion impurity removal area, the anode casting system is located in the first span plant and/or the second span plant, and the impurity removal system is located in the first span plant and/or the second span plant; and cathode and anode cranes are arranged in the first span plant and the second span plant. According to the lead electrolysis workshop provided by the embodiment of the invention, the occupied area of the workshop is saved, and cross operation between procedures is avoided.
