The invention discloses a double-hook intelligent portal crane which comprises two sets of supporting legs, an end beam is slidably connected between the two supporting legs of each set, two main beams are fixedly connected between the two end beams, the tops of the two main beams are fixedly connected with a duplex winding drum through a trolley frame, and a steel wire rope is wound on the duplex winding drum. A mounting plate is mounted below the main beam, movable pulleys are fixedly connected to the top of the mounting plate, two steel wire ropes respectively bypass the movable pulleys below the steel wire ropes and then are fixedly connected to the trolley frame, and two lifting hooks are mounted at the bottom of the mounting plate; a vertically-arranged guide column is fixedly connected to the trolley frame, the guide column is of a hollow structure with the bottom open, a sliding column is slidably connected into the guide column, and the bottom of the sliding column is fixedly connected to the four corners of the top of the mounting plate. Through the arrangement, the sliding columns and the guide columns guide the lifting process of the crane, so that the influence of strong wind on the crane in the lifting process is reduced, and the stability of the crane in the lifting process is ensured to a certain extent.

    本发明公开了一种双钩智能门式起重机,该起重机包括两组支腿,每组的两个支腿之间均滑动连接有端梁,两个端梁之间固定连接有两个主梁,两个主梁顶部通过小车车架固定连接有双联卷筒,双联卷筒上缠绕有钢丝绳,主梁下方安装有安装板,安装板顶部固定连接有动滑轮,两根钢丝绳分别绕过位于其下方的动滑轮后固定连接在小车车架上,安装板底部安装有两个吊钩;小车车架上固定连接有竖直设置的导柱,导柱为底部敞口的中空结构且导柱内滑动连接有滑柱,滑柱底部固定连接在安装板顶部的四角处。通过这样的设置使得滑柱和导柱对该起重机升降的过程进行导向,降低了该起重机在起吊过程中受到大风的影响,在一定程度上保证了该起重机起吊过程的稳定性。
