The invention discloses a crane safety early warning system and method based on weather linkage, and can be applied to the technical field of safety operation. According to the system disclosed by the invention, the safety early-warning devices comprising the wind speed and wind direction detection modules, the wireless communication modules and the early-warning prompting modules are additionally arranged on the plurality of cranes respectively, and real-time wind speed and wind direction information is detected through the wind speed and wind direction detection modules; real-time wind speed and wind direction information is sent to a processing module in a cloud platform processing unit through a wireless communication module, and meanwhile weather forecast information of the position where the crane is located is collected through a weather collection module additionally arranged in the cloud platform processing unit. When the processing module determines that the crane corresponding to the wind speed and wind direction detection module is not suitable for operation according to the weather forecast information and the real-time wind speed and wind direction information, operation stop prompt information is sent to an early warning prompt module corresponding to the wind speed and wind direction detection module; therefore, the situation that the operating personnel cannot timely evacuate to a safe area due to experience judgment delay is avoided, and the personal safety of the operating personnel is improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于天气联动的吊机安全预警系统和方法,可应用于安全作业技术领域。本发明系统通过在若干个吊机上分别增设包含风速风向检测模块、无线通信模块和预警提示模块的安全预警装置,通过速风向检测模块检测实时风速风向信息,通过无线通信模块将实时风速风向信息发送到云平台处理单元内的处理模块,同时通过云平台处理单元内增设的天气采集模块采集吊机所处位置的天气预报信息,使处理模块根据天气预报信息和实时风速风向信息确定风速风向检测模块对应吊机不适合作业时,向风速风向检测模块对应预警提示模块发送停止作业提示信息,从而避免发生因经验判断延时导致作业人员无法及时撤离到安全区域的情况,提高作业人员的人身安全。
