The invention relates to a tower crane safety device, in particular to a safety monitoring device and method for a self-elevating tower crane, and aims to overcome the defects that an existing early warning device is single in function and cannot perform early warning on other problems possibly occurring when the self-elevating tower crane is used. The safety monitoring device for the self-elevating tower crane is arranged at the joint of two adjacent standard knots to be monitored, and is specifically positioned at the joint of a lower cross beam of an upper standard knot and an upper cross beam of a lower standard knot, and the lower cross beam and the upper cross beam are angle steel or square tubes; an alarm device with a contact is arranged on a detachable mounting bracket, a U-shaped bracket is adopted as a transition device, and an early warning device is matched with the U-shaped bracket to carry out early warning on the condition that a gap at the joint of a standard knot is enlarged; compared with an existing tower crane safety monitoring device, the monitoring device is wider in early warning range and higher in sensitivity. Meanwhile, the invention further provides a safety monitoring method for the self-elevating tower crane.

    本发明涉及塔吊安全装置,具体涉及自升式塔吊安全监测装置及监测方法,用于解决现有预警装置功能单一,无法针对自升式塔吊使用时可能发生的其他问题进行预警的不足之处。所述自升式塔吊安全监测装置,设置在待监测的两相邻标准节连接处,具体位于上标准节的下横梁与下标准节的上横梁连接处,所述下横梁与上横梁均为角钢或方管;通过在可拆卸的安装支架上设置有带触点的报警装置,并采用U形支架作为过渡装置,通过预警装置与U形支架配合对标准节连接处缝隙增大状况进行预警;所述监测装置相较现有塔吊安全监测装置预警范围更广,且灵敏度更高。同时,本发明还提供一种自升式塔吊安全监测方法。
