The spherical subsurface buoy body comprises a spherical cabin and a buoyancy material, the spherical cabin comprises an upper hemispherical shell and a lower hemispherical shell which jointly define a sphere, and the buoyancy material comprises an upper floating body arranged around the upper hemispherical shell and a lower floating body arranged around the lower hemispherical shell; the upper hemispherical shell and the lower hemispherical shell are detachably connected; the upper floating body is connected with the upper hemispherical shell, and the lower floating body is connected with the lower hemispherical shell. The outer surfaces of the upper floating body and the lower floating body are cylindrical, the inner surfaces of the upper floating body and the lower floating body are spherical surfaces conformal with the surface of the spherical cabin body, through holes for connecting pieces to penetrate through are formed in the upper floating body and the lower floating body, and carbon fiber tubes for ensuring the connecting strength and wear resistance of the floating bodies are glued in the through holes; the surface of the floating body is coated with glass fiber reinforced plastic with a certain thickness for improving the overall strength of the floating body. Compared with the prior art, the conformal design is adopted for the spherical cabin, the upper floating body and the lower floating body, installation is facilitated while the strength of the floating bodies is ensured, and the underwater floating cabin further has the advantages of being small in size, light in weight and good in posture underwater.

    本发明公开了一种球形潜标主体,包括球形舱体和浮力材,球形舱体包括共同围成球状的上半球壳和下半球壳,浮力材包括环绕上半球壳设置的上浮体和环绕下半球壳设置的下浮体;上半球壳和下半球壳之间可拆卸相连;上浮体与上半球壳相连,下浮体与下半球壳相连。上浮体和下浮体的外表面为圆柱形,内表面为与球形舱体表面共形的球形面,上、下浮体上设有用于连接件穿过的通孔,通孔内胶粘有用于保证浮体的连接强度和耐磨性的碳纤维管,浮体表面涂覆有一定厚度的用于增加浮体整体强度的玻璃钢。与现有技术相比,本发明的球形舱体与上、下浮体采用共形设计,在确保浮体强度的同时利于安装,本发明还具有小型化、轻量化且在水下具有较好姿态的优点。
