The invention relates to an intelligent driving autonomous braking device and a vehicle. According to the intelligent driving autonomous braking device, the sensing system, the ESP system, the data acquisition system and the braking system are adopted, braking control signals can be formed according to weather signals and vehicle data, then braking control over a vehicle is achieved, and under the condition that only driving can be achieved, braking force distribution is achieved according to the weather condition, so that braking control is more accurate. For example, in rainy and snowy days, under the same vehicle data condition, the braking torque output by the ESP system is larger than the braking torque under the normal weather condition.

    本发明涉及一种智能驾驶自主制动装置及车辆。该智能驾驶自主制动装置通过采用感知系统、ESP系统、数据采集系统和制动系统,可以根据天气信号和车辆数据形成制动控制信号,进而实现车辆的制动控制,并且,在只能驾驶条件下,依据天气情况实现制动力的分配,使得制动控制更加精确。例如,雨雪天气时,相同车辆数据条件下,ESP系统输出的制动力矩要大于正常天气情况下的制动力矩。
