According to the novel reversing energy-absorbing anti-collision device, collision movement in a certain direction is converted into energy-absorbing movement in any direction through the connecting rod mechanism, energy generated by collision is absorbed by arranging a proper number of energy releasing devices, and therefore a protected part is prevented from being damaged in the collision process; energy generated by collision is transmitted to the transmission rod and the telescopic rod through the mounting head, and finally, the compression energy release device can seal the volume of the accommodating cavity, so that a medium in the accommodating cavity overflows through the pressure relief device under the blocked condition; a movement reversing scheme is adopted, the device is particularly suitable for scenes such as limited space in the impact direction and complex installation space, the energy releasing device adopts a fluid overflow blocking energy dissipation scheme, the whole device can be repeatedly used, the use cost is reduced, and the device recovery time is shortened; the whole anti-collision device is diversified in structural form and can be applied to various scenes with limited space.

    本发明提出了一种新型换向吸能防撞装置,该装置通过连杆机构将某一方向的撞击运动转换成任意方向的吸能运动,并通过布置适当数量的释能装置吸收撞击产生的能量,从而防止被保护件在碰撞中受到损坏;碰撞产生的能量经过安装头传递给传动杆与伸缩杆,最后压缩释能装置可密封容腔的体积,使得其内部介质在受阻情况下经压力泄出装置溢出;本发明采用运动换向方案,尤其适用于冲击方向的空间受限以及复杂安装空间等场景,且释能装置采用流体受阻溢出耗能方案,整个装置可重复使用,降低了使用成本并减少了装置恢复时间;整个防撞装置结构形式多样,可应用于多种空间受限的场景。
