The upper end face of the cross beam is connected with a jacking rod through a third hydraulic rod, the front end of the vehicle body is provided with an integrally-connected anti-collision arc plate, the anti-collision arc plate is fixedly connected with a mounting plate, a visual sensor is mounted on the mounting plate and connected with a main control computer, and walking wheels are mounted at the lower ends of the two ends of the vehicle body. Visual navigation is realized through connection of the visual sensor and the main control computer, so that the vehicle body is good in flexibility, easy in path change, high in driving path precision and convenient in jacking position control, and can adapt to jacking of frame bodies of different sizes through the cross beams and the jacking rods arranged on the two sides of the vehicle body, so that the jacking stability is improved, and the working efficiency is improved. And the stability of the frame body in the transportation process is ensured.

    本发明公开了一种高精度视觉导航潜伏顶升AGV,包括车体,车体上安装主控机,车体的上端面设有顶升板,顶升板通过液压杆一与车体连接,车体的两侧面均通过液压杆二连接横梁,横梁的下端安装万向轮,横梁的上端面通过液压杆三连接顶升杆,车体的前端设有连为一体的防撞弧板,防撞弧板固定连接安装板,安装板上安装视觉传感器,视觉传感器与主控机连接,车体的两端下端安装行走轮;本发明通过视觉传感器与主控机连接实现视觉导航,使得车体灵活性好,容易变更路径,行驶路径精度高,便于顶升位置控制,通过车体两侧设置的横梁以及顶升杆,可以适应不同尺寸的架体顶升,提高顶升稳定性,保证了运输过程中架体的稳固性。
