The invention relates to a disc center type lifting appliance, which is characterized by comprising a sleeve, a pull rod, a lug seat and a base, the upper end of the pull rod penetrates through the upper portion of the sleeve, and the lower end of the pull rod penetrates through the lug which is hinged to the base. The part hoisting operation comprises the following three steps: loading, hoisting and dropping; the method comprises the following steps: 1, inserting a bolt, naturally placing the lifting appliance, and vertically falling four lugs at the same time; secondly, the plug pin is pulled out during hoisting, the pull rod is lifted, the round corner of a lower disc of the pull rod makes contact with the round corner of the upper portion of the lug, the lug rotates downwards under the gravity effect, and hoisting work of the part is completed; and thirdly, the pull rod is loosened, the four lugs are in the vertical falling state at the same time, and the lifting tool is taken out of the inner cavity of the part. The lifting appliance has the advantages that the lifting appliance is convenient to use and operate, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, and the production and manufacturing cost is saved. And for similar disc center type part structures, the parts can be hoisted in a manner of close fit of the sleeves, the pull rods and the lug seats.
一种盘心类吊具,其特征在于:所述的盘心类吊具,包括套筒,拉杆,耳座,底座;其中:拉杆上端穿过套筒的上部,拉杆下端穿过耳座,耳座与底座铰接。零件吊装操作分以下三步骤:装‑‑吊‑‑落;步骤一、插入插销,吊具处于自然放置,四耳座同时垂直下落状态;步骤二、起吊时拔出插销,提升拉杆,使拉杆下圆盘的圆角与耳座上部圆角接触,使耳座在重力作用下向下旋转,完成零件的起吊工作;步骤三、松开拉杆使四耳座同时处于垂直下落状态,将吊具从零件内腔取出。本发明的优点:吊具使用操作便捷、降低工人劳动强度的同时,节约了生产制造成本。对类似盘心类零件结构,均可以采用套筒、拉杆和耳座的紧密配合方式对零件进行吊装工作。
