The invention relates to the technical field of ship body construction, and particularly discloses a ship body section turnover hoisting method which comprises the following steps: adding a reinforcing profile to a to-be-hoisted thin plate section in a welding or bolt fixing manner, and carrying out anti-deformation reinforcement treatment on the thin plate section; a to-be-turned sheet section is hoisted to a turning platform of turning equipment through a crane, a lifting lug on the sheet section and a positioning hole in the turning platform are locked through a locking pin shaft, and the sheet section is fixed through a hoisting compound plate; the turnover platform is firstly lifted upwards through a crane; and the turnover platform is controlled to turn over twice through a travelling crane on the crane, so that the turnover platform and the thin plate sections are turned over to the horizontal state again. According to the scheme, before the thin plate sections are turned over, the thin plate sections can be correspondingly reinforced according to the characteristics of different thin plate sections, so that the thin plate sections can be effectively prevented from deforming in the turning-over process.
本发明涉及船体施工技术领域,具体公开了一种船体分段翻身吊装方法,包括对待吊装的薄板分段通过焊接或螺栓固定的方式增设加强型材,对其进行防变形加固处理;通过起重机将待翻身的薄板分段吊运至翻身设备的翻身平台上,采用锁紧销轴将薄板分段上的吊耳与翻身平台上的定位孔锁紧,用吊装复板将其固定;通过起重机先将翻身平台向上吊起;通过起重机上的行车控制翻身平台翻转两次,使得翻身平台和薄板分段再次翻转至水平状态即可。本方案在对薄板分段进行翻身处理前能够针对不同薄板分段的特性对薄板分段进行对应的加固处理,使其能够有效的防止薄板分段在翻身的过程中出现变形的情况。
