The technology comprises the steps that firstly, the position of a datum line is measured and calculated according to the specification of a container and the area of the container installed on a ship body; step 2, making a sample punching mark; thirdly, segmented assembly electric welding work is carried out; fourthly, a cushion block installation cross curve is surveyed according to the datum line, and the overall flatness of the segments is measured; fifthly, after the single cabin is carried, the flatness of the cushion blocks is measured integrally, and the cushion plates are discharged and adjusted according to flatness data; sixthly, a cross curve is surveyed through a ship body center opening angle ruler, and an adjusting base plate is installed; the design of the double-layer base plate is adopted, the positions of the base plates can be conveniently adjusted, the reference base plate at the bottom is used for providing overall position limitation, the adjusting base plate is used for providing position adjustment in the installation process, operation is convenient, and the requirement of a test box can be met.
本发明公开了一种集装箱垫脚安装工艺,包括:步骤一:根据集装箱的规格以及船体安装集装箱的面积测算基准线的位置;步骤二:做样冲标记;步骤三:进行分段装配电焊工作;步骤四:以基准线勘划垫块安装十字线,并测量分段整体平整度;步骤五:单个舱室搭载完工后,整体测量垫块平整度,依据平整度数据来下料调节垫板;步骤六:以船体中心开角尺勘划十字线,安装调节垫板;本发明采用双层垫板的设计,方便对垫板的位置进行调节,底部的基准垫板用于提供整体的位置限制,调节垫板则用于提供在安装过程中的位置调节,方便进行操作,有利于满足试箱的要求。
