The invention provides a train axle temperature detection method and device. The method comprises the following steps: when a train arrives at a detection position, measuring the speed of the train, and binding each frame of image in a collected video with a corresponding moment; binding the acquired temperature of each wheel bearing with the acquisition time th; setting a sampling frequency according to the vehicle speed, and sampling binding data formed by the temperature of each wheel bearing and the acquisition time th to obtain a standard axle temperature waveform sequence; and searching an image close to each axle temperature waveform center moment in the standard axle temperature waveform sequence in each frame of image, and binding the image data to the standard axle temperature waveform sequence to form a final detection result data packet. According to the invention, video acquisition of train wheels and bearings can be realized, images of the wheels and the bearings can be detected, detected image data and temperature measurement data are aligned, the actual measurement condition of each bearing can be directly observed, and the stability and the accuracy of a temperature measurement result are improved.
本发明提供一种列车轴温探测方法及装置。其中,方法包括如下步骤:当列车到达探测位置时,测量其车速将采集的视频中的各帧图像与相应时刻进行绑定;将采集的各车轮轴承的温度与采集时间th进行绑定;根据车速设定采样频率,对各车轮轴承的温度与采集时间th形成的绑定数据进行采样,得到标准轴温波形序列;在各帧图像中搜索接近标准轴温波形序列中各轴温波形中心时刻的图像,作为图像数据绑定至标准轴温波形序列,形成最终探测结果数据包。本发明能够实现列车车轮及轴承的视频采集,并能够对其中车轮及轴承的图像进行检测,将检测得到的图像数据和测温数据进行对齐,可直接观察每个轴承测量的实际情况,提高测温结果的稳定性和准确性。
