The shell is further provided with an unlocking sliding way communicated with the inner wall of the unlocking hole, an unlocking sliding block which is supported through an elastic piece and slides in the direction of the inner wall of the unlocking hole is arranged in the unlocking sliding way, a locking groove is formed in the outer wall of the sealing plug, a blocking groove communicated with the unlocking sliding way is further formed in the outer wall of the shell, and a blocking plug is arranged in the blocking groove. The face, facing the blocking groove, of the unlocking sliding block is provided with a shifting part. A shifting groove is formed in the outer wall, close to the opening of the unlocking hole, of the sealing plug. The quick unlocking device has the advantages that the structure is simple, the mounting is convenient, the quick unlocking can be realized in a power-off state, the sealing performance is ensured, and the waterproof grade reaches the IP67 grade.

    本发明提出了一种高防水性的大功率直流充电枪,包括外壳、插头、所述外壳内设有主腔室、电缆室及控制室,所述控制室内设有电磁锁,所述外壳后方设有与控制室连通的解锁孔,所述解锁孔内设有密封塞,所述外壳还设有与解锁孔内壁连通的解锁滑道,所述解锁滑道内设有通过弹性件支撑,往解锁孔内壁方向滑动的解锁滑块,所述密封塞外壁设有锁定槽,所述外壳外壁还设有与解锁滑道连通的封堵槽,所述封堵槽内设有封堵塞,所述解锁滑块朝向封堵槽的一面设有拨动部;所述密封塞靠近解锁孔孔口处的外壁设有拨动槽。本发明具有结构简单,安装方便,在断电状态下能快速解锁,同时保证密封性,使其防水等级达到IP67级的优点。
