The invention discloses a fuel cell vehicle-mounted hydrogen cylinder leakage hydrogen discharging system and method. The method comprises the steps that hydrogen concentration sensors collect hydrogen concentration signals in a hydrogen cylinder sealing device in real time and send the hydrogen concentration signals to a control module; judging whether the hydrogen concentration collected by each hydrogen concentration sensor does not exceed the standard or not; if not, the serial number and time of the hydrogen concentration sensor with the hydrogen concentration exceeding the standard are recorded, the time interval delta T between the current hydrogen concentration and the last hydrogen concentration exceeding the standard in the hydrogen cylinder sealing device with the corresponding serial number is calculated, and whether the time interval delta T is smaller than the preset time or not is judged; if so, sending out an abnormal leakage overhaul prompt of the hydrogen cylinder in the hydrogen cylinder sealing device with the corresponding serial number, and opening a vehicle-mounted heat supply and ventilation air conditioning device and a normally-closed electromagnetic valve. According to the system and the method, the leakage condition of the vehicle-mounted fuel cell high-pressure hydrogen cylinder can be detected in real time, leaked gas can be quickly and effectively discharged through forced ventilation, and risks caused by gathering of hydrogen in a closed device are prevented.

    本发明公开一种燃料电池车载氢气瓶泄漏排氢系统及方法,步骤包括:各氢气浓度传感器实时采集氢气瓶封闭装置内的氢气浓度信号并发送给控制模块;判断各氢气浓度传感器采集的氢气浓度是否均未超标;若否,记录氢气浓度超标的氢气浓度传感器的序号及其时间,计算对应序号的氢气瓶封闭装置内本次与上一次发生氢浓度超标的时间间隔ΔT,并判断时间间隔ΔT是否小于预设时间,若是,则发出对应序号的氢气瓶封闭装置内的氢气瓶存在异常泄漏检修提醒,打开车载供热通风空气调节装置和常闭电磁阀。该系统及方法能够实时检测车载燃料电池高压氢气瓶的泄漏状况,还能够通过强制通风快速有效的排出泄漏气体,防止氢气在封闭装置内聚集产生风险。
