The present invention relates to a deepwater flow velocity measurement device and a control method thereof, the deepwater flow velocity measurement device comprising: an overwater component floating on the water surface; the underwater component comprises a diving mechanism which can dive into water and a measuring mechanism which is arranged on the diving mechanism and dives along with the diving mechanism; the retracting and releasing part comprises a first retracting and releasing connecting piece used for connecting the overwater part and the underwater part and a second retracting and releasing connecting piece used for connecting the diving mechanism and the measuring mechanism; the overwater part is arranged on the water surface of a target water area, the retracting and releasing part releases the underwater part to the underwater of the target water area by controlling the first retracting and releasing connecting piece and is at least located below the water level of the target depth, and the measuring mechanism is released to the water level of the target depth by controlling the second retracting and releasing connecting piece for flow velocity measurement. The measuring mechanism floats from the water bottom to measure the flow velocity, the rising stability of the measuring mechanism can be kept by using the underwater component at the water bottom, and the measuring result is more accurate.

    本发明涉及一种深水流速测量装置及其控制方法,所述深水流速测量装置包括:水上部件,漂浮在水面之上;水下部件,包括可下潜至水下的潜水机构和设置在潜水机构上随之下潜的测量机构;以及收放部件,包括用于连接所述水上部件和水下部件的第一收放连接件和用于连接所述潜水机构和测量机构的第二收放连接件;所述水上部件设置于目标水域的水面上,收放部件通过控制第一收放连接件将水下部件释放至目标水域的水下且至少位于目标深度水位之下,通过控制第二收放连接件将测量机构释放至目标深度水位进行流速测量。本发明实现了测量机构由水底上浮进行流速测量,利用处于水底的水下部件可以保持测量机构上升的稳定性,测量结果更加精准。
