The convex deck framework comprises a transverse structure stretching across the convex deck plate body in the ship width direction and a longitudinal structure crossed with the transverse structure in the ship length direction, and the transverse structure and the longitudinal structure jointly bear the convex deck plate body. The anti-rolling support comprises a fixing part connected with a ship body, a cabin body connecting part connected with the independent liquid cargo cabin and a force transmitting part used for transmitting transverse force of the fixing part to the cabin body connecting part. The anti-rolling supports are arranged in two modes according to different cabin capacities and loads. According to the convex deck structure, on the premise that the anti-rolling function and the top construction and maintenance space of the independent liquid cargo tank are met, the space of the independent liquid cargo tank in the depth direction of the ship body is increased, the tank capacity is enlarged, and economic benefits are improved.
