The pressure sensor transmits a physical signal to the controller, the controller controls the electromagnet to be powered on, the electromagnet and the permanent magnet magnetically attract to drive the permanent magnet to quickly move towards the electromagnet, and when the permanent magnet moves to the electromagnet, the weight of the side, close to the permanent magnet, of the storage table is increased; therefore, the situation that the robot body and the goods are overturned when the robot body is in emergency stop can be effectively prevented.

    本发明公开了一种紧急避让时能保持机身稳定的智能运输机器人,包括机器人本体,所述机器人本体顶部连接有置物台,所述置物台内腔两侧分别连接有电磁铁以及压力传感器,所述置物台内腔中部设置有永磁铁,所述置物台内腔靠近压力传感器的一侧设置有压板,所述压板与压力传感器相贴合,所述置物台内腔靠近压力传感器的一侧固定设置有控制器。本发明压力传感器将物理信号传递至控制器,控制器控制电磁铁通电,电磁铁与永磁铁磁性相吸从而带动永磁铁向电磁铁快速移动,永磁铁移动至与电磁铁处时增大置物台靠近永磁铁一侧的重量,从而可有效地防止机器人本体在发生紧急停止时发生机器人本体以及货物翻倒的情况。
