The invention discloses an electric control execution system and a vehicle. The electric control execution system comprises a brake pedal, a brake unit and a control unit. The control unit is in signal connection and/or electrical connection with the brake pedal and the brake unit. The brake unit comprises a body, a driving assembly, two friction plates and a brake disc. The driving assembly is assembled on the body, and the two friction plates are assembled on the body and are in driving connection with the driving assembly. The brake disc is assembled between the two friction plates and used for being connected with a wheel hub. The control unit is used for receiving a treading signal of the brake pedal and controlling the driving assembly to operate according to the treading signal, and the driving assembly enables the two friction plates to clamp or release the brake disc so as to adjust the rotating speed of the wheels.
