The invention provides a gearless electrically-driven automobile braking system with a rotor capable of axially moving, and belongs to the technical field of automobile braking, the length of a stator of the gearless electrically-driven automobile braking system is larger than that of the rotor, the rotor can axially move within the action range of a stator magnetic field, and continuous torque is obtained in the gearless conversion process; the rotor is hollow, the motor shell is composed of a central column and an outer sleeve arranged on the outer side of the central column in a sleeving mode, threads are arranged on the inner side of the rotor and the outer side of the central column of the motor shell, the rotor and the central column of the motor shell are assembled together through the threads, and when the rotor rotates forwards and backwards, the rotor can move back and forth in the axial direction of the central column. Therefore, continuous axial thrust is obtained in the gearless conversion process; the electrically-driven automobile braking system adopts a gearless driving system, is small in size, simple in structure, low in manufacturing cost and convenient to manufacture, reduces rotation inertia force to the maximum extent, enables the braking process to be more stable, and improves operation performance.

    本发明提出了一种转子可轴向移动的无齿轮电驱动汽车制动系统,属于汽车制动技术领域,所述无齿轮电驱动汽车制动系统的定子的长度大于转子的长度,转子可在定子磁场作用范围内轴向移动,实现无齿轮变换过程得到持续的转矩;转子呈空心状,电机壳体由中心柱和套设在中心柱外侧的外套组成,在转子内侧和电机壳体的中心柱外侧设有螺纹,转子和电机壳体的中心柱通过螺纹装配在一起,在转子正反转动时,转子可沿中心柱轴向往返移动,从而实现无齿轮变换过程获得持续轴向推力;本发明提出的电驱动汽车制动系统采用无齿轮驱动系统,其体积小结构简单,造价低制造方便,且最大程度的减小了转动惯性力,使制动过程更加平稳,提高了操作性能。
