According to the ship lock floating bollard jamming online monitoring and alarm linkage system, the displacement condition of a floating bollard in the lock chamber water filling and draining process is monitored online in a non-contact mode and is longitudinally compared with water level change data in a lock chamber at the same time; transverse comparison with displacement data of other floating bollards in the same lock chamber is carried out, the floating bollards with jamming faults can be found in real time, alarm linkage processing can be carried out in time, the safety of locked ships can be ensured, and the floating bollard displacement monitoring system is mainly characterized by comprising a data detection device, a data acquisition device and a data processing device; the data detection device adopts non-contact stroke detection sensors such as a laser sensor and an ultrasonic sensor, and the device is fixed at the top end of a guide groove of the floating bollard; the data acquisition device acquires and preprocesses all the obtained floating bollard displacement data in the lock chamber; the data processing device is a ship lock monitoring system and triggers alarm information and a linkage mechanism, the water filling and discharging valve is rapidly closed, and water filling and discharging of the lock chamber are stopped.

    本发明提出一种船闸浮式系船柱卡阻在线监测及报警联动系统,采用非接触方式对浮式系船柱在闸室充泄水过程中位移状况进行在线监测,并同时与闸室内水位变化数据进行纵向比较,与同闸室内其它浮式系船柱位移数据进行横向比较,能够实时发现有卡阻故障的浮式系船柱并及时执行报警联动处置,可确保过闸船舶的安全,其主要特征包括数据检测装置、数据采集装置、数据处理装置;所述数据检测装置采用激光、超声波传感器等非接触式行程检测传感器,该装置固定在浮式系船柱导槽顶端;所述数据采集装置采集并预处理获得的闸室内所有浮式系船柱位移数据;所述数据处理装置为船闸监控系统,触发报警信息及联动机制,快速关闭充泄水阀门,停止闸室充泄水。
