The two sets of climbing trolleys act independently, are driven by trolley oil cylinders to ascend or descend along a tower body, and are sequentially and alternately attached to a tower barrel structure of a fan through multiple sets of hinge pins of the structure, so that the climbing and descending actions along the tower barrel structure are achieved. The device is safe and reliable in connection and high in action efficiency; the structure is compact and the bearing capacity is large; the tower body structure is effectively attached to the tower barrel structure, and the influence of wind load is small.
