The embodiment of the invention relates to rail equipment, in particular to the rail equipment, a working position detection device of the rail equipment and a working position detection method, and the working position detection device comprises a profiling block, a detection switch and a main control module; the profiling block is arranged on a fixed beam of the track equipment, the detection switch is arranged on a sliding beam, a hoisting device is arranged at the bottom of the sliding beam, and the sliding beam is arranged on the fixed beam and can slide in the length direction of the fixed beam; the main control module is electrically connected with the detection switch and an execution mechanism which interacts with the hoisting device; the detection switch is used for abutting against the profiling block, being triggered and sending out an electric signal when the sliding beam slides to a preset position in the length direction of the fixed beam, and the main control module receives the electric signal sent by the detection switch and controls the execution mechanism to stop when receiving the electric signal. Compared with the prior art, the lifting device can be prevented from colliding with the executing mechanism at the operation position in the sliding process, and therefore potential safety hazards are eliminated.

    本发明的实施例涉及一种轨道设备,特别涉及一种轨道设备、轨道设备的工作位检测装置及工作位检测方法,工作位检测装置包括:仿形块、检测开关和主控模块;仿形块设置于轨道设备的固定梁上,检测开关设置于滑动梁上,滑动梁的底部设有起吊装置,滑动梁设置于固定梁上,并沿固定梁的长度方向可滑动;主控模块分别与检测开关、与起吊装置交互作业的执行机构电连接;检测开关用于在滑动梁沿固定梁的长度方向滑移至预设位置时,抵触仿形块,被触发,并向外发出电信号,主控模块接收检测开关发出的电信号,并在接收到电信号时,控制执行机构停止。同现有技术相比,可避免起吊装置在滑移过程中与作业位置的执行机构出现碰撞的现象,从而消除安全隐患。
