The invention belongs to the technical field of steel production, and particularly relates to a process method for transforming a slide wire power supply system of a slag flushing crown block of a blast furnace, which comprises the following steps of: 1, mounting I-shaped steel: placing 10 # I-shaped steel above an escape platform by using a crane, making a hanging beam every 12 meters by using 120 mm channel steel, and laying 96 meters in total; 2, mounting a tackle, replacing the original power supply of a slide wire and a current collector with the power supply of a towing cable and a towing cable tackle, and fixing the tackle above the lower edge of the I-shaped steel; 3, power supply flat cables are laid and installed, the left side and the right side are each provided with a tackle, the two tackles share one walking track, and each tackle is provided with a power supply flat cable of 80 m; and 4, pulley connection: connecting the towing cable pulleys in series by using a traction steel wire rope. The maintenance labor intensity is reduced; the safety is improved; the fault frequency and the maintenance time are reduced, and safe operation of production is ensured; arc short circuit or grounding fault caused by poor contact between the current collector and the slide wire is avoided, and major accidents such as electric shock or fire are eliminated.
