The invention discloses a crown block main power supply slide wire connector device capable of preventing thermal expansion and cold contraction. The device comprises a first light rail and a second light rail which are positioned on the same straight line, and an interval of 30-50mm is arranged between the first light rail and the second light rail; a first steel plate and a second steel plate are welded to the bottom face of the groove in the right side of the first light rail and the bottom face of the groove in the left side of the second light rail correspondingly, the unwelded sides of the first steel plate and the second steel plate extend into the groove of the other light rail, a third steel plate and a fourth steel plate are welded to the left side of the bottom face of the first light rail and the right side of the bottom face of the second light rail correspondingly, a fifth steel plate and a sixth steel plate are respectively welded on the left upper edge of the first light rail and the right upper edge of the second light rail, and conductive wires are fixedly arranged on the bottom surfaces of the grooves on the same sides of the first light rail and the second light rail. The device is simple in structure and high in practicability, and the influence of thermal expansion and cold contraction on deformation of the steel light rail wire can be eliminated.

    本发明公开了一种防止热胀冷缩的天车主电源滑线接头装置,包括位于同一直线上的第一轻轨和第二轻轨,第一轻轨和第二轻轨之间设置有30‑50mm的间隔;第一轻轨右侧的凹槽底面上和第二轻轨左侧的凹槽底面上分别焊接有第一钢板和第二钢板,且第一钢板和第二钢板未焊接一侧延伸至另一根轻轨的凹槽内,第一轻轨的底面左侧和第二轻轨的底面右侧分别焊接有第三钢板和第四钢板,第一轻轨的左侧上沿和第二轻轨的右侧上沿分别焊接有第五钢板和第六钢板;第一轻轨和第二轻轨同一侧的凹槽底面上固定设置有导电线。本发明结构简单,实用性强,可以消除热胀冷缩对钢质轻轨导线变形的影响。
