The invention discloses a teaching elevator sill adjusting structure which comprises a bottom support, a landing door mounting frame, a car door mounting frame, a first sill for sliding and guiding a landing door and a second sill for sliding and guiding a car door are arranged on the bottom support, and an adjusting device for adjusting the front-back position and the up-down position of the first sill is further arranged on the bottom support. The adjusting device comprises a first adjusting block installed on the bottom support and a second adjusting block installed on the first adjusting block, the first sill is installed on the second adjusting block, and an adjusting structure used for adjusting the position of the first sill is arranged between the first adjusting block and the second adjusting block. An adjusting device used for adjusting the front-back position and the up-down position of the first sill is arranged on the bottom support, and when the landing door is used for teaching or student assembly competition, the front-back position and the up-down position of the first sill can be adjusted through the adjusting device, so that the landing door can better achieve the door opening or closing function.
