In the launching process, launching overload can be effectively controlled, the overload peak value in the launching process is weakened, the axial overload of the unmanned aerial vehicle is effectively reduced on the premise that the launching performance (the barrel outlet speed) is kept unchanged, and the launching efficiency is improved. The weight of the unmanned aerial vehicle body and the weight of the electronic equipment can be reduced; the cost of the unmanned aerial vehicle is reduced; the flight performance of the unmanned aerial vehicle is improved; after the unmanned aerial vehicle leaves the launch canister, the high-pressure gas cylinder can be quickly closed, the gas consumption required by launching can be effectively saved, and the utilization efficiency of the high-pressure gas cylinder is improved.

    本发明公开了一种气压发射的筒射无人机发射过载控制方法,包括以下步骤:阀门开度采用PI控制,根据期望的发射轴向过载ng以及当前的过载nc,计算阀门开度指令ψg;根据发射阶段的使用要求,需要对阀门开度的积分环节进行限幅,设定的幅值为ψi_max,本发明在发射过程中,可以有效控制发射过载,削弱了发射过程中的过载峰值,在保持发射性能(出筒速度)不变的前提下,有效减小了无人机轴向过载,减轻了无人机机体和电子设备抗过载要求,能减轻无人机机体重量和电子设备重量,降低无人机成本,提升无人机飞行性能,无人机离开发射筒后,能迅速关闭高压气瓶,能有效节省发射所需的用气量,提高了高压气瓶的利用效率。
