The invention provides an electric single-wheel steering mechanism. The electric single-wheel steering mechanism comprises a directional wheel assembly; the motor is arranged above the directional wheel assembly; the input end of the synchronous pulley set is in driving connection with the output end of the motor; the bevel gear set is arranged on the peripheral side of the motor; the input end of the bevel gear set is in driving connection with the output end of the synchronous pulley set; the steering shaft is vertically arranged; one axial end of the steering shaft is arranged on a gear corresponding to the output end of the bevel gear set in a penetrating mode, and the other axial end of the steering shaft is used for being connected with the directional wheel assembly. According to the electric single-wheel steering mechanism, the torque of the motor is output through the synchronous belt wheel set, then the torque is transmitted to the steering shaft through the bevel gear set, and the steering shaft is used for driving the directional wheel assembly to rotate. And compared with connecting rod transmission in the prior art, a more accurate steering angle can be output. The output end of the synchronous belt wheel set is in driving connection with the input end of the bevel gear set, so that the electric single-wheel steering mechanism can transmit larger torque.

    本发明提供了一种电动单轮转向机构,包括:定向轮组件;电动机,设置在定向轮组件的上方;同步带轮组,其输入端与电动机的输出端驱动连接;锥齿轮组,设置在电动机的周侧;锥齿轮组的输入端与同步带轮组的输出端驱动连接;转向轴,竖立设置;转向轴的轴向的一端穿设在锥齿轮组的输出端所对应的齿轮上,转向轴的轴向的另一端用于与定向轮组件连接。本发明中,电动单轮转向机构通过同步带轮组输出电动机的转矩,再通过锥齿轮组向转向轴传递扭矩,转向轴用于驱动定向轮组件转动。相对于现有技术中使用连杆传动,可输出更精准的转向角度。同步带轮组的输出端与锥齿轮组的输入端驱动连接,使得该电动单轮转向机构能传输更大的力矩。
