Through cooperation of the heat exchanger, the four-way valve and the water pump, the heat stored in the hot water tank can be used for heating a main driving seat and rearview mirrors of an automobile, when the hybrid electric vehicle is in a cold environment, warmth can be provided for a driver, meanwhile, the rearview mirrors are prevented from frosting at the low temperature, and the driving safety is improved; temperature information detected by temperature sensors I-V is collected, processed and judged, heat exchangers I-II, four-way valves I-II and water pumps I-V are controlled to execute corresponding actions, and the temperature of heating media in a heat collection pipeline, a seat heating pipeline and a rearview mirror heating pipeline can be accurately controlled. Therefore, the utilization efficiency of waste heat of the power system of the hybrid electric vehicle can be improved, energy is saved, meanwhile, it can be guaranteed that the heating temperature of the vehicle seat and the rearview mirror is stable, and the driving experience of the vehicle is improved.

    本发明涉及汽车余热回收技术领域,具体涉及一种混合动力汽车余热利用系统及控制方法。通过热交换器、四通阀和水泵水泵相配合,能够利用热水箱储存的热量分别对汽车的主驾驶位座椅和后视镜进行加热,在混合动力汽车处于寒冷环境时,能够为驾驶员提供温暖,同时防止后视镜在低温时结霜,提高驾驶安全性;通过采集温度传感器Ⅰ~Ⅴ检测到的温度信息进行处理和判断,并控制热交换器Ⅰ~Ⅱ、四通阀Ⅰ~Ⅱ和水泵Ⅰ~Ⅴ执行相应动作,能够精确控制集热管路、座椅加热管路和后视镜加热管路中加热介质的温度,进而能够提升混合动力汽车动力系统余热的利用效率,节约能源,同时能够保证汽车座椅和后视镜加热温度的稳定,提升车辆的驾驶体验。
