The invention relates to an integrated power electronic unit adopting a liquid cooling type radiator, in particular to a liquid cooling technology for an integrated power unit integrating a plurality of load parts such as a motor controller and an oil pump motor controller of a hybrid electric vehicle. The whole radiator is installed in the middle of the controller and can be installed on two faces, and the double-motor control module and the power unit are installed on the radiator respectively. A main body of the radiator comprises a cooling liquid flowing groove, a cover plate, a liquid inlet/outlet and a sealing structure between the cover plate and the radiator, the liquid flowing groove is mainly characterized in that the liquid flowing groove is an elliptic groove, fins are respectively embedded into the elliptic groove to form an S-shaped rotary water channel, a plurality of sections of arc-shaped fins are respectively embedded into the elliptic groove to reduce flow resistance and avoid eddy current, and meanwhile, the cooling liquid flowing groove is formed. Slopes are added at the water inlet and the water outlet to reduce flow resistance. The liquid cooling radiator structure disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of small flow resistance, large thermal capacity and high liquid flow speed, and the heat dissipation efficiency is improved.
一种集成式电力电子单元采用液冷型散热器,尤其是针对混合动力汽车电机控制器、油泵电机控制器等多项负载部件合一的集成动力单元的液体冷却技术。整个散热器安装于控制器的中间部分,散热器可双面安装,分别安装双电机控制模块和动力单元。散热器的主体包括冷却液体流动槽,盖板,液体进出口,盖板与散热器之间的密封结构,液体流动槽的主要特点是液体流动槽为椭圆型凹槽,分别嵌入翅片以形成S形回转水道,并分别在凹槽嵌入多段弧形翅片以减小流阻,避免涡流,同时,在进出水口部位增加斜坡以减小流阻。本发明公开的液冷散热器结构,流阻小,热容量大且液体流速快的特点,提高了散热效率。
