The invention discloses an integrated heat management control system based on a heat pump air conditioning technology and a control method thereof, and relates to the technical field of vehicle-mounted equipment. The system is composed of an electric compressor, an exterior heat exchanger, an interior heat exchanger, a four-way reversing valve and an electronic expansion valve. The electric compressor is a power source for flowing of a circulating refrigerant medium of the heat pump air conditioner, the performance of the electric compressor directly affects energy consumption and refrigerating or heating efficiency of the heat pump air conditioner system, and the in-vehicle heat exchanger and the out-vehicle heat exchanger serve as evaporators or condensers according to different working conditions. The heat pump air conditioner is adopted for achieving refrigeration in summer and heating in winter, the heat pump air conditioner is composed of a heating and ventilation system, and the heat pump air conditioner with the high energy efficiency ratio in winter saves electricity compared with a PTC. And when the system is used, the temperature of air entering the passenger compartment in the air duct can be improved.
本发明公开了一种基于热泵空调技术的集成式热管理控制系统及其控制方法,涉及车载设备技术领域。本发明本系统由电动压缩机、车外换热器、车内换热器、四通换向阀、电子膨胀阀组成;所述电动压缩机是热泵空调循环制冷剂介质流动的动力来源,其性能好坏直接影响热泵空调系统的能耗及制冷或制热的效能,所述车内换热器和车外换热器分别根据工作工况的不同充当蒸发器或冷凝器的作用。本发明采用热泵空调实现夏季制冷,冬季制热均由一套暖通系统组成,且冬季高能效比的热泵空调比PTC省电,且通过电动压缩机、车外换热器、车内换热器、四通换向阀、电子膨胀阀的配合,使得系统在进行使用时能够改善风道内进入乘员舱空气的温度。
