The method comprises the following steps that: real-time flight information is acquired, and a cargo storage plan and waybill data are determined according to the real-time flight information; in the to-be-stored goods storage stage, waybill data are read, and the serial numbers of all to-be-stored goods are obtained according to the waybill data; and the container containing the goods to be stored is placed on a detection table to be subjected to boundary dimension detection, and if the boundary dimension is not higher than a preset value, the vertical lifting mechanism is matched with the TV vehicle to store the container into a preset storage position. And in the ex-warehouse stage of the to-be-taken goods, the serial number of the to-be-taken goods is input, and the target location of the to-be-taken goods is selected. The corresponding container is taken out through the vertical lifting mechanism, and the TV vehicle closest to the goods to be taken is called to transport the container to a goods taking position. According to the method and the system, the to-be-stored goods are stored, and the to-be-taken goods are transferred, so that a better warehousing automation effect can be achieved, and the logistics efficiency is ensured.

    本发明提出了一种自动化立体仓库的升降横移物流方法及系统,涉及物流技术领域。其包括:获取实时航班信息,根据实时航班信息确定货物储存计划和运单数据。在待存货物存放阶段,读取运单数据,并根据运单数据获取所有待存货物的编号。将装有待存货物的集装箱放至检测台进行外形尺寸检测,若外形尺寸不高于预设值,则利用垂直升降机构配合TV车将集装箱存入预设存储位。在待取货物出库阶段,输入待取货物的编号,并选择待取货物的目标地点。利用垂直升降机构将对应集装箱取出,并调用距离待取货物最近的TV车将集装箱运输至取货处。该方法及系统对待存货物进行存储,对待取货物进行转运可以达到较好的仓储自动化效果,以保证物流效率。
