The invention discloses a locking structure of a differential mechanism and a driving system with the locking function. The locking structure comprises a supporting support and a transition shaft sleeve; the supporting support is provided with a shaft hole; the transition shaft sleeve penetrates through the shaft hole of the supporting support and is connected with the supporting support through a supporting bearing; one end of the transition shaft sleeve is connected with a driving shaft, and the other end of the transition shaft sleeve is connected with a half axle gear of the differential mechanism. The locking structure further comprises a joint sleeve arranged on the transition shaft sleeve and can only move axially, a shifting fork mechanism arranged on the supporting support , a connecting sleeve fixed on a differential mechanism shell, and a sealing structure arranged on the transition shaft sleeve; the joint sleeve is connected with the shifting fork mechanism; the adjacent ends of the joint sleeve and the connecting sleeve are respectively provided with helical tooth crests which are matched with each other; the joint sleeve axially moves under the action of the shifting fork mechanism, so that meshing and separation of the joint sleeve and the connecting sleeve are achieved. A locking structure composed of the transition shaft sleeve, the joint sleeve and the connecting sleeve is additionally arranged between the differential mechanism and the driving shaft,so that the locking function of the driving system is achieved, and the development cost of a new car is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种差速器的锁止结构以及具有锁止功能的驱动系统,包括支撑支架和过渡轴套,支撑支架设有轴孔,过渡轴套穿过支撑支架的轴孔,且过渡轴套通过支撑轴承与支撑支架相连,过渡轴套一端与驱动轴相连,另一端与差速器的半轴齿轮相连;还包括设在过渡轴套上仅能轴向运动的接合套、设在支撑支架上的拨叉机构、固定在差速器壳体上的连接套、以及设于过渡轴套上的密封结构,所述接合套与拨叉机构相连,接合套和连接套的相邻端分别设有相互匹配的斜齿顶;接合套在拨叉机构的作用下轴向运动,实现接合套与连接套的啮合和分离。在二者之间增加由过渡轴套、接合套以及连接套组成的锁止结构,实现了驱动系统的锁止功能,降低了新车开发成本。
