According to the technical scheme, the upper face and the lower face of a motor base (5) are respectively provided with springs, the two springs are provided with a spring supporting rod (7), the spring below the motor base (5) is fixed through a spring fastening nut (16), the spring above the motor base (5) is connected to a lower hanging bracket (18), and the lower hanging bracket (18) is connected with an upper hanging bracket (12) through a height adjusting mechanism. The upper hanging bracket (12) is fixed on a trolley main beam (4); and one ends of two screws (8) with connecting claws are respectively in threaded connection with a screw connecting bracket (9), and the other ends of the two screws (8) with the connecting claws are respectively connected with the upper hanging bracket (12) and the lower hanging bracket (18). According to the invention, the impact vibration of the travelling mechanism of the crown block trolley during the crown block operation, especially the start-stop process, can be reduced.
