The distance between the optical camera assembly and the wall seam is guaranteed to be larger than or equal to the minimum focusing distance of the optical camera assembly, a complete light path is formed, and the problem that under the condition that the detected seam is small or narrow, the micro distance of a camera cannot be focused, and imaging is blurred is solved.

    本发明公开了一种基于物联网的智能建筑墙面裂纹修复设备,涉及到裂纹修复设备技术领域,包括飞行本体、处理器、控制器和光学摄像组件,还包括传动机构和微调机构光学摄像组件的一侧安装有校准腔体,校准腔体内腔的一侧活动安装有反射基板和聚焦基板。上述方案,通过设置光学摄像组件到墙缝的检测距离为聚焦镜到墙缝、反射镜到聚焦镜、聚焦镜到光学摄像组件的总和,即为光学摄像组件到墙缝的距离,光学摄像组件所产生的焦距等于最小对焦距离,保证了光学摄像组件到墙缝的距离大于或等于光学摄像组件的最小对焦距离,构成一个完整的光路,解决了所检测裂缝在较小或者较窄的情况下,导致摄像头微距无法对焦导致成像模糊的问题。
