The invention relates to a marine underwater shaftless coreless electric propeller, and in particular relates to an open marine underwater electric propeller with a hollow structure. The propeller is characterized by comprising a shell, a coreless stator winding, an outer rotor structure and an inner rotor structure. The coreless stator winding is arranged between the outer rotor structure and the inner rotor structure, the coreless stator winding can generate an electromagnetic torque when current is introduced, and the outer rotor structure and the inner rotor structure can sense the electromagnetic torque of the coreless stator winding at the same time and directly generate driving force for driving a ship to travel. In addition, the marine underwater shaftless coreless electric propeller has the advantages that 1 as the coreless stator winding has no iron core structure of a silicon steel sheet, the problem of energy consumption caused by hysteresis resistance and eddy resistance is avoided, and the power of the electric propeller is improved; and 2 as the transmission technology of a magnetic suspension bearing is adopted, the rolling friction resistance and lubrication maintenance of the bearing are avoided, and the electric propeller can work underwater for a long time.

    一种船用水下无轴式无铁芯电动推进器,是本技术发明的一种中空结构的开放式船用水下电动推进器,其特征包括壳体、无铁芯定子绕组、外转子结构以及内转子结构。无铁芯定子绕组设置于外转子结构和内转子结构之间,无铁芯定子绕组在通入电流时会产生一个电磁转矩,外转子结构和内转子结构,能够同时感应无铁芯定子绕组的电磁转矩,直接产生驱动船舶行驶的驱动力。另外优点,1、由于无铁芯定子绕组没有硅钢片的铁芯结构,不会因产生磁滞阻力和涡流阻力的现象而产生的能量消耗问题,提高电动推进器的功率。2、由于采用磁悬浮轴承的传动技术,没有轴承的滚动摩擦阻力和润滑维护,可以长期的在水下工作。
