The invention discloses a method and a system for actively reducing shaking and a seat, the method for actively reducing shaking is used for reducing shaking of a supporting piece in a carrier in the driving process of the carrier, and the method comprises the following steps: acquiring first vibration information at a first moment in the driving process of the carrier; determining a first expected action based on a kinematic relationship between the carrier and the supporting piece and the first vibration information; and based on the first expected action, controlling an executing mechanism to drive the supporting piece to move relative to the carrier, so that the shaking of the supporting piece in the driving process of the carrier is reduced. Based on the kinematics relation between the carrier and the supporting piece and the detected vibration information of the carrier, the executing mechanism is actively controlled to act, so that shaking of the supporting piece in the driving process of the carrier is reduced, and the stability of objects placed on the supporting piece is improved.
