The method comprises the steps that in the process that a driver drives the vehicle to drift, the vehicle can obtain corresponding motion parameters, and the motion parameters can comprise the real-time yaw velocity; and the target yaw velocity of the vehicle is calculated according to the motion parameters, the target yaw velocity is compared with the real-time yaw velocity, if the real-time yaw velocity is larger than the target yaw velocity, the corresponding torque adjusting amount can be generated according to the motion parameters, and then the torque of the vehicle can be controlled according to the torque adjusting amount. Therefore, a driver of the vehicle is assisted in drifting.
