The invention discloses an integrated design method for an inverted double-module mandibular inward turning air inlet channel/cone-like forebody, and relates to an air-breathing hypersonic aircraft. The method comprises the following steps: 1) designing conical precursor configuration; 2) designing a reference flow field; 3) determining the installation position and the installation angle of the inward rotation air inlet channel ; 4) determining the capture area and the inlet three-dimensional shape of the inward turning air inlet; and 5) generating an inward turning air inlet channel molded surface of a double-module integrated structure. The inverted integrated layout effectively reduces the bending degree of the S-bend isolation section of the air inlet channel, and reduces the flow loss in the S-bend isolation section. Incident outer cone shock waves of the cone front body hit the lip position of the inward turning air inlet channel, it is guaranteed that an air inlet channel lip cover does not overflow, and the inward turning air inlet channel of an inverted integrated structure efficiently captures incoming flow. An excellent precursor boundary layer displacement effect is provided for the inward turning air inlet channel, and mutual interference between the precursor boundary layer and an internal flow field of the air inlet channel in a traditional layout is avoided. Compared with a traditional structure, total pressure recovery is high, and performance is excellent in a non-design state.

    倒置双模块下颌式内转进气道/类锥前体一体化设计方法,涉及吸气式高超声速飞行器。包括如下步骤:1)锥形前体构型设计;2)基准流场设计;3)确定内转进气道的安装位置与安装角;4)确定内转进气道的捕获面积及其入口三维形状;5)生成双模块一体化构型的内转进气道型面。倒置一体化布局有效减小进气道S弯隔离段的弯曲程度,降低S弯隔离段内的流动损失。圆锥前体的入射外锥激波打在内转进气道的唇口位置,保证进气道唇罩无溢流,实现倒置一体化构型的内转进气道对来流的高效捕获。为内转进气道提供优秀的前体附面层排移效果,避免传统布局中前体附面层与进气道内部流场之间的相互干扰。较传统构型总压恢复高,非设计状态下性能优良。
