The invention relates to the technical field of rescue equipment, and discloses a streamline water rescue robot which comprises a streamline machine body and the following components installed on the machine body: a sensor is used for obtaining surrounding environment data of the machine body, feature data of a to-be-rescued person and obstacle data; a controller is connected to the background server and the sensor and used for determining an illumination compensation strategy, a human body searching equipment switching strategy and a bearing comfort degree adjusting strategy according to the surrounding environment data and the feature data of the to-be-rescued person, and according to the obstacle data, determining whether to send a request corresponding to re-obtaining the travel route to the background server, and controlling the machine body to travel according to the latest travel route sent by the background server. According to the streamline water rescue robot, water rescue can be achieved under the condition that rescue workers do not need to enter water personally.
