The invention discloses a tower crane with an anti-collision function, wherein the tower crane comprises a tower crane base, a rotation unit, a supporting base, a detection unit, a fixing unit and a load trolley; a tower body is mounted on the upper side of the tower crane base; the rotation unit comprises a connecting base, a servo motor, a rotating disc and a connecting plate, and the connecting base is mounted on the upper side face of the tower body; the servo motor is mounted on the lower side face of the connecting base, the rotating disc is placed on the upper side face of the connecting base, the lower side face of the rotating disc is connected with an output shaft of the servo motor, the connecting plate is mounted on the upper side face of the rotating disc, and a cargo boom is driven to rotate through the rotation unit; and the supporting base is arranged on the upper side of the connecting plate, and the cargo boom is mounted on the right side face of the supporting base. The collision danger can be effectively avoided, the safety of a driver and surrounding people is guaranteed, operation construction is smoother, and the working efficiency is greatly improved.

    本发明公开了一种具备防撞功能的塔机,包括塔机底座、回转单元、支撑座、检测单元、固定单元和载重小车,所述塔机底座的上侧安装有塔身,所述回转单元包含连接座、伺服电机、转盘和连接板,所述塔身的上侧面安装有连接座,所述连接座的下侧面安装有伺服电机,所述连接座的上侧面放置有转盘,所述转盘的下侧面连接伺服电机的输出轴,所述转盘的上侧面安装有连接板,通过回转单元带动起重臂转动,所述支撑座安装在连接板的上侧面,所述支撑座的右侧面安装有起重臂,能够有效避免碰撞危险发生,保证驾驶人员和周边群众的安全,并且使得作业施工更加顺畅,大大提高了工作效率。
