The invention provides a wheel rotating speed measuring assembly and a wheel hub driving system, the wheel rotating speed measuring assembly comprises a wheel hub bearing (B), a synchronizing shaft (10) and a compiler (30), wherein the wheel hub bearing (B) comprises a middle shaft (B1) and an outer ring (B2), the middle shaft (B1) is a hollow shaft with an inner cavity (B1a), the middle shaft (B1) is used for being connected with a vehicle suspension in an anti-torque mode, the outer ring (B2) is arranged at the first end of the middle shaft (B1) in a sleeving mode, the outer ring (B2) can be driven to rotate relative to the middle shaft (B1), the outer ring (B2) is used for being connected with a hub in an anti-torque mode, the synchronizing shaft (10) is arranged in the inner cavity (B1a), the end, close to the first end, of the synchronizing shaft (10) is connected with the outer ring (B2) in an anti-torque mode, and the compiler (30) is installed at the end, away from the first end, of the synchronizing shaft (10). The wheel rotating speed measuring assembly is simple in structure and can directly measure the rotating speed of the wheel. According to the hub driving system, the output rotating speed can be accurately measured, and the hub driving system is small in size.
