The invention relates to a sound insulation pad for an automobile engine and a manufacturing method of the sound insulation pad. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: a, manufacturing a semi-finished aluminum foil: (a-1) the aluminum foil is preformed; (a-2) the preformed aluminum foil is placed on an aluminum foil forming die, a press is started to complete punching, and a semi-finished aluminum foil is obtained; b, part forming and manufacturing, specifically, (b-1) the mold is heated through a mold temperature controller, and a release agent is sprayed to the surface of the mold; (b-2) the semi-finished aluminum foil is fixed to an upper mold, and in-mold paint is sprayed to the surface of a lower mold; (b-3)a mixture of flame-retardant graphite and polyether and isocyanate which are respectively stored in a storage tank of the low-pressure foaming machine is injected into a mold cavity; (b-4) the mold is closed, and foaming, curing and forming of the raw materials in the mold cavity are performed; and (b-5) the mold is opened , and taken out to obtain the sound insulation pad for the automobile engine. Compared with the prior art, the sound insulation pad not only can absorb sound and shock, but also is resistant to high temperature, meanwhile, parts have good attachment to the surface of an engine, and noise generated by the engine can be effectively reduced.

    本发明涉及一种汽车发动机用隔音垫及其制作方法,制作方法包括以下步骤:a、半成品铝箔制造:(a‑1)将铝箔预成型;(a‑2)将预成型后的铝箔放在铝箔成型模具上,启动压机完成冲切,得到半成品铝箔;b、零件成型制造:(b‑1)利用模温机将模具升温,并在模具表面喷涂脱模剂;(b‑2)将半成品铝箔固定到上模,在下模表面喷洒模内漆;(b‑3)将低压发泡机储料罐内分别储存的阻燃石墨与聚醚的混合物、异氰酸酯注入模腔;(b‑4)合上模具,使原料在模腔内发泡、熟化、成型;(b‑5)打开模具,取出得到汽车发动机用隔音垫。与现有技术相比,本发明隔音垫不但可以吸音减震,而且还耐高温,同时零件对发动机表面具有很好的贴合性,能有效的降低发动机产生的噪音。
