A multi-cylinder synchronous hydraulic control device disclosed by the present invention is composed of a high-pressure control loop and a low-pressure control loop, and the high-pressure control loop comprises a first adjusting control module, a second three-position four-way electromagnetic directional valve, a main pressure oil cylinder and a plurality of series oil cylinders, wherein the first adjusting control module, the second three-position four-way electromagnetic directional valve, the main pressure oil cylinder and the plurality of series oil cylinders are connected in sequence, and the main pressure oil cylinder and the plurality of series oil cylinders are separately connected with the second three-position four-way electromagnetic directional valve. The first adjusting control module is connected with an oil tank, the main pressure oil cylinder is connected with the adjacent oil cylinders connected in series through a first quick-change connector, the low-pressure control loop comprises a two-position four-way electromagnetic reversing valve connected with the first adjusting control module and a second quick-change connector connected with the two-position four-way electromagnetic reversing valve, and the second quick-change connector is directly connected and matched with the first quick-change connector for use. Based on the series oil cylinder conduction principle, a set of main pressure oil cylinders are connected in series with multiple sets of equal-area double-outlet-rod oil cylinders to jointly form a synchronous lifting system, the main pressure cylinders play a leading role, acting force is conducted cylinder by cylinder, and the system is high in unbalance loading resistance and stable in operation.

    本发明公开了一种多缸同步液压控制装置,由高压力控制回路和低压力控制回路组成,高压力控制回路包括依次相连的第一调节控制模块、第二三位四通电磁换向阀、与第二三位四通电磁换向阀分别相连的主压力油缸和若干串联油缸,第一调节控制模块与油箱相连,主压力油缸和相邻串联油缸之间第一快换接头相连,低压力控制回路包括与第一调节控制模块相连的两位四通电磁换向阀、与两位四通电磁换向阀相连的第二快换接头,第二快换接头与第一快换接头直连配合使用。基于串联式油缸传导原理,使用一组主压力油缸串联多组等面积双出杆油缸共同组成同步升降系统,主压力缸起主导作用,作用力逐缸传导,本系统抗偏载性强、运行稳定。
