The invention discloses a multi-oil cylinder lifting synchronous control system, a multi-oil cylinder lifting synchronous control method, a device and a tower crane. The multi-oil cylinder lifting synchronous control method comprises the steps of judging whether at least a displacement difference value between two oil cylinders excesses a given threshold value in a current system or not according to current displacement, which is detected by each displacement sensor, of each oil cylinder in the multi-oil cylinder lifting synchronous control system; if yes, changing the displacement difference value between every two oil cylinders by controlling the switching on or off of electromagnetic valves which respectively correspond to the multiple oil cylinders until determining that the displacement difference value between two optional oil cylinders in the multi-oil cylinder lifting synchronous control system does not excess the given threshold value. According to the multi-oil cylinder lifting synchronous control system, the multi-oil cylinder lifting synchronous control method, the device and the tower crane, disclosed by the invention, synchronous judging and synchronous regulating functions are added and are used for automatically compensating the synchronous error generated during an operating process of the multiple oil cylinders, the situation of asynchronous operating of the multiple oil cylinders brought as the unbalance loading generated by unbalanced head part of the tower crane and the self resistance of the oil cylinders excesses a compensation range of a climbing frame can be effectively avoided, and the potential safety hazard caused as a head structure inclines and is damaged due to the asynchronous operating of the multiple oil cylinders can be further fundamentally eradicated.
