The invention discloses a single-engine double-wing aluminum component flight attitude conversion inspection/shooting unmanned aerial vehicle based on an aluminum alloy sheet metal process as a main part. The unmanned aerial vehicle comprises a box body group, a wing group, an empennage group, a single engine group, a camera and the like. The problems of tedious production process, high manufacturing cost and the like are solved through an aluminum alloy sheet metal process; through attitude conversion during cruising flight, namely buoyancy/lift force generated by wings including empennages in a cruising flight mode, energy saving during cruising is achieved like aircraft flight. The static unmanned aerial vehicle is shaped like a box body and is convenient to carry and move; the aircraft lifts off like a helicopter during takeoff, and flies like the aircraft with buoyancy/lift during cruise flight. In a word, the production cost is reduced through the aluminum alloy sheet metal process; through the conversion of flight attitude, the cruise flight air holding capability is brought; therefore, the unmanned aerial vehicle is suitable for aerial inspection and aerial scene shooting such as rapid arrival, and brings opportunities for popularization and application.

    本发明公开了一种基于铝合金钣金工艺为主件的一种单引擎双翼铝构件飞行姿态转换巡检/拍摄无人机。该无人机包括:箱体组、机翼组、尾翼组、单引擎组、摄像头等。通过铝合金钣金工艺,解决生产工艺繁琐、制造成本高等问题;通过巡航飞行时的姿态转换,即由机翼包括尾翼在巡航飞行方式下所产生的浮力/或升力,像飞机飞行一样,实现巡航时节能。在静态无人机形状似箱体,便携方便和移动;在起飞时似直升飞机升空,在巡航飞行时似飞机有浮力/或升力的飞行。总之,通过铝合金钣金工艺带来了生产成本的下降;通过飞行姿态转的转换,带来了巡航飞行持空能力;所以适用于空中巡检和在空场景拍摄包括快速抵达现场等场合的运用,对推广使用带来了契机。
